Pre-departure Setup · QR Scan · Activation
Before You Install
- An active Wi-Fi or cellular internet connection is required.
- Check plan details for activation timing (on destination connect vs immediate).
- Keep primary SIM data roaming OFF to avoid unexpected roaming charges.
Method 1. QR Code Scan Setup
- Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM to get started.
- Use QR Code and scan the QR code received in your confirmation email.
- Activate & Continue to complete profile installation in ~60 seconds.
Method 2. Manual LPA Code Input
Tap "Enter Details Manually" on the QR scanner screen, then paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your order lookup page.
Arrival Checklist
- Turn ON the NaeSIM eSIM line upon arrival
- Turn ON Data Roaming for the NaeSIM line
- Select NaeSIM as the Cellular Data line
