# NaeSIM Refund Policy 1. Full Refund: - eSIM profile generation failure. - Verified carrier network outage where service could not be established. 2. Non-Refundable: - Once the eSIM profile is downloaded or scanned onto a device. - Devices that are carrier-locked or do not support eSIM. - Any consumed cellular data. Requests should be submitted to support@naesim.com with your Order ID.
