# NaeSIM Terms of Service Article 1 (Purpose) These terms govern the use of NaeSIM international travel eSIM sales and provisioning services provided by NaeSIM Inc. Article 2 (Definitions) "eSIM" refers to the embedded SIM module installed in compatible devices. "Customer" refers to individuals who purchase travel data packages via naesim.com. Article 3 (Device Compatibility) Customers are responsible for verifying that their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked prior to purchasing.
